We operate as an independent booking assistance service and are not the official website of the hotel property. All cancellations and refunds are subject to the respective hotel’s policies.


2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rules may vary depending on:

  • Rate type (refundable / non-refundable)

  • Promotional offers

  • Seasonal or peak-period bookings

Some bookings may allow free cancellation within a specified time frame, while others may be partially refundable or completely non-refundable.

Guests are advised to carefully review the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking confirmation.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends strictly on the hotel property’s cancellation policy.

Refunds may be applicable if:

  • Cancellation is made within the permitted free cancellation period

  • The booking is classified as refundable

No refund will be issued for:

  • No-shows

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on banks or payment providers

We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.


5. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain discounted, special-rate, or promotional bookings are strictly non-refundable.

In such cases:

  • No refund will be issued upon cancellation

  • Date changes may not be permitted

  • Full booking amount may be retained as per hotel policy


6. Modification Requests

Any request to:

  • Change travel dates

  • Modify room type

  • Update guest details

Is subject to availability and hotel approval.

Additional charges may apply if:

  • New dates fall under higher rate periods

  • Room category is upgraded

  • Hotel imposes modification fees


7. Early Check-Out

In case of early departure after check-in:

  • Refunds for unused nights are subject to hotel discretion

  • Some properties may charge full stay amount


8. Force Majeure

Refunds related to circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) will be handled as per the hotel’s official policy at that time.


9. Independent Booking Assistance Notice

We provide booking assistance and reservation coordination services. Final cancellation approvals and refund decisions are made by the respective hotel property.

We are not liable for policy changes made by the hotel after booking confirmation.
